If you connect a third-party account (e.g., Google, TikTok, Instagram), we may receive limited information like your name or email for login or export purposes. We never access or store unrelated data from those accounts.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Movyo account.
• Process transactions and payments securely via Stripe.
• Enable AI-based video generation (via OpenAI and similar providers).
• Improve, personalize, and maintain our Services.
• Communicate with you about updates, support, or account activity.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

We only process personal data when we have a lawful basis to do so under GDPR, such as:

• Performance of a contract (providing the service you requested).
• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Our legitimate interests (service improvement, security).
• Your consent (for marketing or optional integrations).

Movyo uses third-party APIs (such as OpenAI) to process your uploaded or generated content. Your files and prompts are transmitted securely to these providers only for the purpose of generating requested outputs.

Storage: Uploaded files and generated videos are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after processing or within a limited period (up to 30 days, unless a longer retention period is requested, to allow users to download their generated videos).

Ownership: You retain ownership of your generated videos and uploaded materials.

Data training: We do not use your personal or uploaded data to train AI models.

Payments are handled exclusively by Stripe. We never store or have access to your full payment details. Stripe processes your information under its own Privacy Policy.

We use cookies to:

• Keep you signed in.
• Remember preferences.
• Analyze traffic and usage patterns to improve performance.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. We may use privacy-friendly analytics tools that do not collect personally identifiable information.

AI-generated files and uploads are automatically deleted after a short retention period (up to 30 days). If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where law requires otherwise.
